(1) Operator Member. Each Plant with offices and all or most of its outdoor advertising displays located in Georgia, which meets other membership requirements, shall be categorized as an In-State Plant Member. In-State members have all voting rights and privileges. Those in-state plant members with less than 25 faces will be considered "Small Operators". These members will be in their own classification. A Small Operator Member shall have all the rights and priviledges of a regular member except the right to vote or hold office.

(3) Associate Member. Associate membership may be granted to any person, firm, partnership, corporation, association or organization of good character, which is directly related to outdoor advertising (such as suppliers, lease holders, vegetation related experts, legal representation). An operator of an outdoor advertising plant cannot be considered for associate membership. Associate members shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of Plant members.

(4) Affiliate Member. Affiliate membership may be granted to any person, firm, partnership, corporation, association or organization of good character, not directly related to outdoor advertising but interested in its development (such as advertisers, advertising agencies and other users of outdoor advertising). Affiliate members shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of Plant members, except the right to vote or to hold office.

(5) Non-Profit Affiliate. Non-profit affiliate membership may be granted to any agency, association or organization involved in not-for-profit activity, and interested in outdoor advertising (such as public service clients and community social services). Non-profit affiliates shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of Plant members, except the right to vote or to hold office.
