Membership - Membership Costs

Annual dues shall be set by majority vote of the Board of Directors of the Association and invoiced to each member Plant. The annual dues are to be assessed on the following basis:

      

A. An annual assessment of dues shall be set by majority vote of the Board of Directors of the Association and invoiced to each regular operator. Each regular operator assessment will be based on the previous year’s gross sales less agency commissions.

B. Each regular operator will pay a proportionate percentage of the associations approved annual non-PSA budget based on their previous year’s gross sales less agency commissions. Minimum dues for all regular members shall be $500.

C. Assessments will be mailed no later than December 15 of the previous calendar year and will be due on January 31st of each year. Those members wishing to split their assessment into two equal payments will owe the first payment no later than January 31st with the balance due on July 31st. All requests for split payments should be submitted in writing to the Executive Director by January 15th.

(1) Each Plant member with less than 25 faces will be considered a “Small Operator Member” and will pay annual dues of $300. Small Operator Dues will be due on January 31st of each calendar year. For the purposes of this section, faces will be counted as the following: Static=1, Tri-vision=3 and digital=6.

(2) Associate members (suppliers, lease holders and others directly related to outdoor advertising) shall pay $500 annually. Associate dues will be due on January 31st of each calendar year.

(3) Affiliate members (advertisers, agencies and others not directly related to outdoor) shall all pay $300 annu­ally. Affiliate dues will be due on January 31st of each calendar year.

(4) Non-profit affiliates (public service clients, community social services) shall receive complimentary membership.
