Joe Garner

Responsible for growing and protecting Clear Channel’s assets throughout Texas, Georgia, and Florida, Joe first launched his career in OOH advertising in 1994. Armed with a B.A. in Real Estate from Florida State University, this industry veteran has leased and developed over 100 billboard sites in six states. He has learned every facet of the business from the ground up first as an account executive, then as real estate manager followed by a spot as general manager before ascending to his current position as SVP. In addition to his role with the OAAG where he recently served as our Board President, he currently sits on the Board of the Florida Outdoor Advertising Association.
