Tim Bearden

Manager of Government Affairs for Georgia


Having served at the local level and as a State Representative for District 68 in Carroll and Douglas Counties, Tim brings more than two decades experience in the political arena to the OAAG board. During his tenure in in the Georgia General Assembly, he served on numerous committees and was Chairman of the Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee. Tim also received a gubernatorial appointment to be the Executive Director of the Georgia Public Safety Training Center and spent two years as the Deputy Chief of Staff for the Georgia Speaker of the House. In his current private sector role, Tim is responsible for maintaining relationships with all local, state and federal elected officials working closely with Account Executives and candidates in their election campaigns.
